Products can only be returned if they are unused, without damage, and with original packing. All returns are at the discretion of Vali. In the interest of health and safety, undergarments, mouth guards, compression pants/shorts, and protective cups cannot be returned, even if they are new. Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. If a refused or undeliverable package is assessed a fee because it is returned back to Vali, the customer will be responsible for any such fees imposed. Sale items are exempt from returns.
