We ship for free on all orders above $100 (oversized items are exempt). We believe in a simple shopping experience, and have tailored our policy to meet such standards. Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. This is not a guarantee, and you may choose to purchase quicker shipping options. International orders will have longer transit times. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to address errors, unpaid duties, or failure to collect.

Cancellations will be assesed a 10% fee. Orders can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Products can only be returned if they are unused, without damage, and with original packing. All returns are at the discretion of Vali. In the interest of health and safety, undergarments, mouth guards, compression pants/shorts, and protective cups cannot be returned, even if they are new. Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. If a refused or undeliverable package is assessed a fee because it is returned back to Vali, the customer will be responsible for any such fees imposed. Sale items are exempt from returns. Vali provides return labels, however customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
